REVOLUTIONARY
BY-PRODUCT REPURPOSING
One of the largest by-products of the
tequila-making
process is vinasses: the
fermented agave liquid that remains
after distillation. Through our state-of-
the-art Biodigester,
we purify the vinasses up to 92%: transforming it
into
reusable irrigation water to
minimize waste and support
the
growth of our agave fields in an eco-
friendly manner.
RENEWABLE NATURAL
GAS CREATION
With the power of our cutting-edge
Biodigester, we’ve
swapped
conventional oil for renewable natural
gas, a
by-product of the vinasses
purification process.
Onsite Plant
Composting
Our Biodigester processes agave waste
fibers into
organic fertilizer, enriching
the soil for future
harvests. This
natural five-month process completes
